My order went through with zero drama, and checkout was about as easy as it gets. I did have to poke around for a second to find the shipping options, but once I spotted them, everything was totally straightforward.

My order showed up pretty much on time, and the tracking updates were easy to follow. It did end up being delayed by a day, which was a little ridiculous, but overall it wasn’t a huge issue.

The return process was such a hassle. It took way too long, and the instructions were confusing from the start. I kept having to follow up like I was begging them to help me with something that should’ve been simple, which left me resentful by the end.

It’s been easy to use overall, and the adaptive options seem to work well for what I need. I do keep wondering if I missed something during setup, though, because I wish that part had been a little quicker.

Not gonna lie, I was a bit disappointed to see there wasn’t a PayPal option. The payment choices feel limited, and it would be way more convenient to have more flexibility.

I want to like these because when the fit is right, they’re actually nice. But the sizing feels all over the place. I keep ordering the same size and somehow it fits differently every time, so it’s hard to know what you’re going to get.

prairiegrit.com, I thought at first, looks clean. The pages are easy enough to move around in, and I liked that everything isn’t all crammed together or too busy.

But the style overall, it does feel kind of basic. Some spots look nice, for sure, but then other pages feel a bit flat, like maybe more color or better spacing would help them out.
It works fine, and nothing really bothered me too much, but super memorable it wasn’t. For the design, I’d probably give it 3 stars, decent, just could be more polished
